Approx. 2.5 inches including hook | 2 mm American linden wood | Lightweight | Hypoallergenic bronze-tone hooks | Reversible | Two different mandala designs | Laser-cut and engraved | Hand-painted | Linseed oil finish
These earrings don’t really have a front and a back. They have two sides meant to be worn.
One side brings together cool blue and purple tones. Turn the earring over and a second mandala appears in warmer yellow and coral. The shape stays the same, but the change in color gives the pair a completely different mood.
I create each side individually. The American linden wood is laser-cut and engraved first, then both mandala designs are painted by hand, one on each surface. The engraved lines remain visible beneath the color, adding texture and definition while still allowing the natural character of the wood to be part of the piece.
That reversible construction also changes what happens when the earrings move. Instead of turning and revealing an unfinished back, they simply reveal the other mandala. Movement becomes part of the design rather than something you need to worry about.
At approximately 2.5 inches including the hook, their round shape gives them the presence of a statement earring, but the 2 mm American linden wood keeps them lightweight. Hypoallergenic bronze-tone hooks add a more comfortable option for ears that may be sensitive to some metals.
What I especially like about this pair is that neither side feels secondary. You can choose the cooler palette or the warmer one intentionally—or simply let the earrings turn naturally and show both.
The wood is finished with linseed oil to help protect it while preserving its natural texture, engraved details, and handmade character.
Outfit idea: For the blue and purple side, try a deep plum blouse with dark denim and simple bronze-tone accessories. Turn them to the yellow and coral side and pair them with a muted olive or warm camel top and cream trousers. Same earrings, two very different moods.
Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings. Natural wood grain, engraved marks, and small variations in the hand-painted finish are part of each handmade pair.
