Política de reembolso

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns, as all items are handmade and crafted with care. However, we do accept exchanges under certain conditions.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at to info@novelttiesplus.com. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition.

Once the returned item arrives and has been inspected and approved, we will issue store credit valid for 90 days from that date.

📦 Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

  • If a package is refused or returned to us, shipping costs will not be refunded and a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the total value.

Each piece is unique and handmade with love and dedication in my home studio. I put all my effort and passion into creating every item, ensuring its quality and exclusivity. Due to the artisanal nature of my products, we do not accept returns.
