Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

Because each piece from Maelenna’s Creations is handmade and many designs are one of a kind, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, eligible items may be exchanged for store credit so you can choose another piece from the shop.

Exchanges

If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us through our Contact page within 5 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The request must be made within 5 days of delivery.
• The item must be returned and approved before store credit is issued.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved exchanges will receive store credit valid for 90 days from the date it is issued.

For exchanges requested because of personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

We will review the situation and work with you to provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, exchange, or store credit.

When the issue is the result of damage, a defect, or an incorrect item sent by us, you will not be responsible for additional shipping costs required to correct the order.

Handmade & One-of-a-Kind Details

Natural wood grain, slight variations in color, hand-painted details, stitching, engraving, and other small differences are part of the handmade nature of each piece and are not considered defects.

These variations are part of what makes every Maelenna’s Creations piece unique.
