WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST OF MY PRODUCT?
For orders within the continental U.S. and Puerto Rico, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item type, quantity of items, and destination.
For international orders or U.S. territories outside Puerto Rico (e.g., Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands), please contact us at info@novelttiesplus.com to request a shipping quote.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow
5-7 business days for processing and production time for your order to ship out for earrings.
7-10 business days for processing and production time for your order to ship out for Mugs.
7- 10 business days for processing and production time for your order to ship out for bleached shirts.
2-3 weeks for procesing and production time for you order to ship out for resin tumblers.
2-3 weeks for processing and production time for you order to ship out for soy candles.
Soy candles order of 20 or more, it is necesary to place order with 2 month on advance.
Unless other preparation time is indicated in the item. If the item is customized, it requires additional time.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TO ARRIVE TO MY DOOR?
U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & UPS and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment day. All products are shipping from USA.
Average transit times to the United States: 5 to 7 Business days
Average transit times to International: 20 - 45 Business days
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
Please understand that it is up to carrier service (USPS, UPS) how fast your package is shipped to you. If a package is lost by the carrier service, you must contact with them. I am not responsible for packages lost by USPS.
If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact your post office, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and misdeliveries MUST be handed through the carrier service.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
Only addresses where a mistake has been made when writing it will be corrected. There will never be a change of address that is not in accordance with the address of the payment method. If you've misspelled your address or autofilled it incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and provide us with the correct information. Please notify us immediately by email at contact_us@novelttiesplus.com. If the address is incorrect, we can correct it if it hasn't been 24 hours since you completed the order.
MY RESIN TUMBLER ARRIVED DAMAGED (This apply only for resin Tumbler)
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged.
If this happens to you, please contact us no later than 48 hours from the date your tracking number shows as delivered with:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
Returned, and received the item we'll be happy to send out another free of charge. Items with damage, is the only reason to exchange (no refund Money) your item. No other reason for return, refund or exchange is accepted. This does not include misuse or poor care of the item. Item showing that the damage was caused by improper misuse or poor care, it will not be replaced.
